Anthony (Tony) Hood
Director of Operations
Tony has been in his profession for 33 years. Of those, 12 years have been in the Pine Industry and 21 of those years in the Harwood Industry. Tony has been with Turn Bull Lumber Company for 19 years. He started in maintenance, worked up to Supervisor and is currently the Director of Operations for the mill managing over 40 employees.
He enjoys spending time with his wife Melissa and two sons Nathan and Nick. |

Lee White
Director of Administration, Timber and Trading
Lee graduated with a BA in Business Administration and a BS in Economics from Southern Methodist
University in Dallas, Texas. He attended the London School of Economics and Political Science in
England before earning his Master of Business Administration from Wake Forest University. Prior to
joining Turn Bull Lumber Company, he spent two years in banking, thirteen years in textiles, two years in
the IT field and two years in the highway pavement markings industry. In 2002, Lee started his own
consulting firm providing services to small businesses and entrepreneurs. Lee joined Turn Bull Lumber
Company in 2017. Lee enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, working out, golf and the
UNC Tar Heels. |

Stacy Peal
Director of Procurement and By-Product Sales
Stacy completed an Associates Forestry Technician degree from Southeastern Community College in 1992 and later a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke in 2000. He started in 1993 buying timber for Lumber River Timber logging crews and later worked with Lumber River East also known as Timber Network. Stacy started working for Turn Bull Lumber Company in 2005 purchasing logs and standing timber for the mill and selling the by-products (chips, sawdust, mulch and the non-useable logs). He is a licensed captain for the U.S. Coast Guard and a member of the North Carolina Forestry Association.
Stacy loves spending time with his wife, Casey and two children Kate and Wyatt. He enjoys fishing, hunting, golfing and cooking.

Ben Ward Reavis (Rocky)
Log Procurement Supervisor
Rocky graduated with a BS in Business Management from Coastal Carolina University and later received an associate’s degree in Forestry from Horry-Georgetown Technical College. He has been in the procurement industry for 34 years with primary emphasis in NE South Carolina and SE North Carolina. He has always had the passion for working in Hardwood swamps. He has been with Turn Bull Lumber Company since 2014 as one of two lead procurement supervisors. He is a member of the South Carolina Forestry Association, an associate member of the Pee Dee Forestry Club, and is certified as a timber operations’ professional. Rocky is an avid hunter, fisherman and golfer. He is a past Deacon of North Conway Baptist Church and proudly served as chairman. He loves spending time with his family and trying to keep up with his 4 grandchildren! |

Cassie Thomas Lewis
Sales
Cassie attended UNC Charlotte as a Mathematics Major. She then began working as a Bookkeeper/Office Manager at Evans Roofing for several years. She began working with Turn Bull Lumber Company in April 2011. She started out in the file room as a temp and soon took on more responsibility as a bookkeeper including A/P, A/R, Payroll, and Benefits Coordinator. She moved to the logistics and inventory department in 2012 and has since expanded into the sales department.
Cassie’s personal interests include Jesus Christ, her husband, and her three children. |

Ramona M DeJesus
Bookkeeper
Ramona has over 20 years of financial experience. She began her career soon after graduating High School in the Banking Industry. With hard work, dedication and a desire to succeed, she climbed the ladder and gained a world of expertise. She holds an Administrative Assistant Certificate degree from Katharine Gibbs College in CT. She has taken accounting courses at the University of CT but attributes her Bookkeeping knowledge to her many years of work experience. She became part of Turn Bull Lumber Company in 2015 as the Bookkeeper. Her role includes A/P, A/R, Payroll, and assisting with HR. Ramona is an appointed State of North Carolina Notary Public. Her fluency in the Spanish language has become an asset when dealing with our Hispanic speaking employees as well as dealing with our foreign customers. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her children, husband and grandchildren. |

Lucinda N Spivey
Logistics and Sales
Lucinda graduated from South Columbus High School in 2004 and went on to attend South Eastern Community College with credits in Business Administration. She has been employed with Turn Bull Lumber Company since 2014 and helps manage all areas of production and is in charge of the front desk. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family, going to Nascar events and watching football. |
